INSTYLAN
INSTYLAN is a sterile, hyaluronic acid-based solution for intravesical irrigation. It is used to irrigate the bladder cavity, creating a viscous, elastic film on the surface of the mucous membrane. This irrigation provides temporary protection and repair of the bladder mucosa during various surgeries, bladder mucosal inflammation, and radiotherapy.


How to use INSTYLAN®?

Check the integrity of the packaging before use.

Check the expiration date indicated on the packaging. Do not use after the expiration date.

Ensure the patient's bladder has been emptied beforehand.

Warm the package to at least 20°C before use.

INSTYLAN® is administered into the bladder cavity via a urological catheter; treatment duration ranges from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

It is recommended that INSTYLAN® sterile solution be used weekly during the first month, and less frequently in subsequent months.
Mechanism of Action

It is a component of the glycosaminoglycan layer, which is found in high concentrations in the subepithelial layer of the bladder wall;

It forms a viscoelastic membrane on the mucosal surface;

It regenerates and protects the damaged glycosaminoglycan layer of the bladder;

The mucosa facilitates the regeneration of damaged urothelium;
