URS (Ureteric Stent)
Allium's Ureter Stents are large-diameter, self-expanding stents available in 24Fr – 30Fr diameters (8mm, 9mm, and 10mm, 60mm–200mm lengths), with a 10FR diameter and 80cm length application system. The URS stent is made from a superelastic nitinol alloy coated with a unique proprietary polymer and offers a full range of treatments for ureteral stricture management.
Allium Ureter Stents are designed as a first- or second-line treatment option for temporary, long-term, or short-term use in malignant or benign internal and external ureteral strictures, as well as for the management of various complications. Allium Ureter Stents are mounted on a ready-to-use 10Fr application system, and the procedure can be performed retrogradely or percutaneously. The procedure time is estimated to be approximately 30 minutes.

BUS (Bulbar Urethral Stent)
The Allium BUS stent is specifically designed for the treatment of recurrent strictures in the bulbar urethra. These new generation bulbar stents are fully coated, self-expanding, and have a large diameter. Allium BUS conforms to the contours of the bulbar urethral lumen. The main body acts as a mold, allowing for the creation of a wide urethral lumen, and the dynamic sphincter segment preserves sphincter function, preventing incontinence. Allium BUS is designed for long-term use of up to 3 years and is designed to be easily and safely removed even after this extended placement period.

Studies have shown that Allium BUS, following optical urethrotomy which acts as a dilator before stent implantation, can prevent recurrent stricture in up to 80% of benign stricture cases. The optimal placement time for the treatment of bulbar urethral stricture is 12 months. The BUS stent does not negatively affect the quality of subsequent urethroplasty, if necessary. BUS is a completely reversible, minimally invasive treatment for recurrent bulbar urethral obstruction.
RPS (Round Posterior Stent)
A comprehensive, fully enclosed, excellent alternative for bladder neck constriction.
Allium's Round Posterior Stent (RPS) System is indicated for the treatment of Bladder Outlet Obstruction (BOO) in adult males.
This system is designed for use in blockages to provide long-term relief after the following conditions:

The Allium Round Posterior Urethral Stent consists of a superelastic structure fully coated with a special copolymer. After dilation, when the stent is placed in the posterior urethra, a radial force is generated against bladder neck obstruction. RPS implantation provides immediate relief from symptoms and improves urine flow. The stent maintains a clear lumen and prevents tissue growth for up to 3 years of placement.

RPS is a minimally invasive solution that can be applied in a simple 15-minute procedure. It offers a minimally invasive alternative to more invasive treatment options in cases of bladder neck or anastomotic strictures. Based on recent publications** (cite references – Melich + Neymeyer & Alkan) and long-term follow-up periods, RPS stents have been shown to be curative in up to 80% of benign obstructions.
TPS (Triangular Prostatic Stent)
A patented triangular-shaped stent designed to perfectly fit the anatomy of an enlarged prostate.
Allium's unique, large-diameter, site-specific, triangular-shaped, dynamic, and easily removable prostate stent implant is specifically designed to provide a long-lasting and fully reversible solution for up to 3 years.
Allium TPS has a large diameter (45 FR) triangular cross-section to conform to the contours of the dilated male prostate urethral lumen and is capable of applying varying degrees of radial force depending on the specific anatomy.
The TPS has a higher radial force in its main body to facilitate urine passage and a lower radial force in the region near the external sphincter to preserve sphincter function and prevent urinary retention or incontinence.
These features allow the Allium Prostatic Stent Implant to integrate seamlessly into the prostatic urethra, enabling excellent urine flow and providing superior patient comfort without compromising the voluntary urinary continence mechanism.
The TPS implantation procedure takes approximately 15 minutes and can be performed using any type of anesthesia: local, regional, or sedation.
The procedure can be performed in a doctor's office, outpatient clinic, or operating room to provide a wider range of options for both patient and physician. The stent maintains an open lumen and prevents tissue growth for up to three years of placement.
The patient can return home and resume normal activities the same day after the procedure, once urination is confirmed.
